All the wines from Chateau Unang are A.O.C. Cotes du Ventoux. Yields are kept
low, on average around 35 hectolitres per hectare, to give more concentrated, expressive wines. For more detail, and to see the label of each of the wines set out below click on the title of the wine in question:

Red Wines:

Red 2006 : the heady cherry and mango nose draws you in to this expression wine.

Saint Gabriel 2007 : brambly fruit marks our starting red which brims with life.

La Source 2007 : fruit and finesse, with syrah and a light touch of oak.

La Croix 2006 : the top of the range, showing the power of the vintage.

Rosé Wine:

Rosé 2008 : a true pink, the fruit leading you to sweet and yet fresh finish.

White Wines:

Cuvée Adeline 2007 : oak-fermented and showing off our Roussanne very well.

White 2008 : fruit and dried flowers, married with good acidity. Just the job.
